  1. NOTICE: By installing and using the SOFTWARE you are agreeing to be bound 
  2. by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this 
  3. Agreement, promptly delete the SOFTWARE from your computer.

  5. This Agreement permits you to make and use copies of the Microsoft Access
  6. Service Pack software program (the "SOFTWARE") provided that each such copy
  7. is used only on a single computer which contains a licensed copy of
  8. Microsoft Access which has been validly licensed by you. In addition, if
  9. you have previously acquired the Microsoft Access DeveloperÆs Toolkit
  10. ("ADT"), you may reproduce and distribute the SOFTWARE as a
  11. "Redistributable" as defined in the end user license agreement you received
  12. with the ADT provided that you agree to comply with the terms and
  13. conditions of Section 5 of that license agreement.  You must maintain all
  14. copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE. You may not rent or lease
  15. the SOFTWARE, but you may transfer the SOFTWARE on a permanent basis
  16. provided you retain no copies, include the most recent update and all prior
  17. versions of the SOFTWARE, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this
  18. Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
  19. SOFTWARE.

  21. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY 
  22. KIND. MICROSOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS 
  23. OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED 
  24. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A 
  25. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MICROSOFT OR ITS 
  26. SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER 
  27. (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF 
  28. BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS 
  29. INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE 
  30. USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF MICROSOFT 
  31. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 
  32. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR 
  33. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL 
  34. DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  36. The SOFTWARE is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or 
  37. disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in
  38. subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer
  39. Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of
  40. the Commercial Computer Software--Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19,
  41. as applicable.  Manufacturer is Microsoft Corporation/One Microsoft
  42. Way/Redmond, WA  98052-6399.

  44. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
